We appreciate you selecting our company to assist you with your company's 2027 Unified Carrier Registration.

To be in compliance, all for-hire and private motor carriers that are handling interstate freight must file their registrations annually.

This fee funds state highway programs.

Our fees are listed below. Please note that the fees are soley based on the number of trucks that you are currently operating under your Authority.

This fee is non-refundable so please read ALL instructions before submitting payment.

This fee will include the cost to pay the fees related for your 2027 UCR. We can also apply for your FMCSA PIN # if one has never been applied for or you have misplaced your FMCSA PIN#. Your PIN allows you to register for your FMCSA portal account so that you can make changes on your Authority.

Our fees are the following which includes the fees associated for 2027 UCR filing requirements.
- 0-2 trucks : $125
- 3-5 trucks : $237
2027 UCR Process:

This is a 3-step process:

Step 1: Provide initial information about yourself and your company and then submit payment.

Step 2: After payment, please look for a Jotform Task notification to sign the Consent Form to allow me to proceed forward.

Step 3: After submission of payment and information related to your company, I will email you a copy of your 2027 UCR.
