Heartsong Offerings Proposal Form

This is where you can submit your proposal for "Heartsong Offerings ~ An Evening of Sacred Song and Sound" that will be happening at The Inner Warrior on Saturday December 5 at 7 pm. This is open to all past and current students of The Heartsong Shala and Emily Joan Smith. Proposals might be things like offering specific songs, chants, and/or sound related meditations, or may also be things like altar creation, sign-in help, or something else I haven't thought of! You may submit more than one proposal, but will need to fill out the form again for each additional proposal, and know that space given to each individual will depend on how many overall submissions there are and how it fits in to the collective offering. If you are proposing for a collab offering (with a partner or small group), only one person from the collab needs to submit. Please note that I will have four amplification inputs available for those who would like that option, and that I am also available for instrumental or vocal support if needed (please indicate below). I am also available to book private sessions to help you prepare, if needed, at my normal private session fee. Priority deadline for submissions is Nov 14, 2026. I will try my best to make room for everyone who would like to participate! Please note that this event is ticketed at $22 per ticket, but that those who are offering or assisting will not need to purchase a ticket. Proceeds will go to The Inner Warrior and The Heartsong Shala.
