Black Friday Membership Promo Terms and Conditions: Become a member November 23 - 30, 2026. Valid for new and returning Adult, Couple, & Family memberships with a 12-month contract. Tier adjustments excluded during promotion contract. By signing up for our promotion you agree to the length of the selected contract, with the month of Dec 2026 complimentary. 12-month contracts pay $0 registration fees ($75 - 150 value). The monthly installment rate of $57/mo (adult), $99/mo (Couple), or $110/mo (Family) will begin January 2, 2027. Membership payments continue each month following the end of the 12-month contract until you elect to cancel your membership. You will receive our welcome email when your membership starts. All applicants take 1 to 2 business days to process. Membership must be maintained to receive program discounts. Cancellation of membership requires 30-day notice.
