  • The exhibition will be housed in the Studio 18 Gallery in Columbus, OH. Exhibitors are responsible for drop off of artwork before the start of the show on November 20th.  Artists will also be responsible for pick up of artwork after the exhibition period.

  • Each artist is allowed to submit up to three pieces. It's dimensions cannot exceed 7 ft. in any one direction. Open to all traditional mediums including: painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing, ceramics, textiles, photography, and digital art (though artist must supply physical print).  AI will not be considered.

  • All pieces should include:

  • There is room for an explanation or other textual element on the gallery label, should the artist wish to include such. 

     

    Images must be 300 dpi, jpeg with a maximum of 2MB.

  • By submitting the Art Exhibition Open Call Form, you agree to book an exhibition space at the specified venue for the dates indicated on the form, subject to availability and approval by the event organizers.


    Exhibitors are responsible for delivering their piece before the start of the exhibition and removing all artwork and materials at the end of the exhibition period. 


    By submitting below, the artist who has his or her artwork selected for the exhibition agrees that he/she is the original creator of the submitted work and that he/she holds all copyrights to the work. He/she also agrees that AFart Studio/Studio 18 is granted usage of the artwork for display, promotion, marketing, email newsletters, press releases, and for use in Timeless Reflections Magazine and on the Timeless Reflections/Diamante Lavendar website and social media accounts. The artist's name will be displayed with the artwork. The artwork and artist's name will also be archived on this site and will be available for public view. The artist maintains all copyrights of the images of artworks. Images will not be resold, copied, exchanged or downloaded from this site
