Off-road recovery, winching, extraction, towing, and trail-side assistance can involve difficult terrain, damaged or disabled vehicles, recovery equipment, cables, straps, winches, and other hazardous conditions. I understand that recovery operations may involve a risk of additional damage to the vehicle, equipment, trail, or surrounding property, particularly because of existing damage, terrain conditions, vehicle modifications, recovery points, or circumstances outside Stuck Nation's control.

I authorize Stuck Nation to perform the recovery or assistance described above and understand that the recovery method may need to change based on conditions encountered at the scene. I agree to follow safety instructions and remain clear of recovery equipment and designated work areas when instructed.
