Thank you for your interest in joining our Momhood Program. This isn’t for everyone. There are limited spaces available, so we ask that you consider if this is for you.

If you choose to move forward and take this seriously, there is no doubt in our minds that you and your child will benefit from the journey ahead.
- Being a great mama is one of the most important responsibilities you’ll ever have. And, like so many other important things in life, coming alongside someone that has done it before is incredibly helpful.
- If you are excited about this idea of walking beside another mama and learning from her, please spend some intentional time completing this application.
- After submitting your application, a CPC representative will call you to let you know your application was received and accepted.
