*All parade participants with their floats, MUST be in front of Farm Fresh Foods on the corner of 3rd and Hall by 5:00 p.m the day of the parade. At that time, the parade supervisor will assign you a zone and number. *NO ONE WILL RECEIVE A SPOT BEFORE CHECKING IN WITH THE SUPERVISOR THE NIGHT OF THE PARADE. *No spot will be given unless all of the float participants are present when checking in. Request for certain spots or line ups will NOT be taken or honored. *Due to time constraints, no organization will be allowed to enter more than one submission with no more than 3 vehicles/floats or walking groups. For example, if you have 3 trucks and 1 walking group this will not be allowed. All entries have a limit of 3. *No float entries will be accepted after November 27, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND TO AVOID CONFUSION FOR THE CHILDREN THE ONE AND ONLY SANTA CLAUS WILL BE PROVIDED BT THE EVENT TEAM AND NO OTHER SANTAS ARE PERMITTED ON FLOATS
