RULES FOR PROXY BIDS AT THE LIVE ART AUCTION:
All sales are final. No purchase can be returned, refunded or exchanged. All artworks are sold as exhibited, unless otherwise stated.
Successful bidders should be prepared to pay for their purchases in cash, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or by personal cheque payable to the
MacKenzie Art Gallery
on the evening of the auction.
Proxy bid forms must be submitted on Jotform to the MacKenzie Art Gallery by 12 Noon, Friday October 16, 2026. In the case of identical bids, the earliest received will take precedence.
Please complete a separate form for each lot you wish to bid on.
Proxy bids will be executed by a representative of the MacKenzie Art Gallery on behalf of the bidder.
