• The Discovery Garden - Photo Catch Up Day 2026 - Pre-Registration Form

    Please complete this form to register your child and pay the deposit PRIOR to Photo Day - registration is essential for your child to be photographed.

  • For families with multiple enrolled children a separate registration is required to be filled out FOR EACH CHILD.

    **If your child doesn't normally attend on a Thursday you are welcome to bring them in to be photographed. Please come between 9am and 10am**


    When you submit this form you will receive an email confirming your registration has been received. This will include your responses to the questions below. Please check your junk folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox and ensure all information entered is correct. If you do not receive the email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly (this does happen!!) therefore you will not receive your gallery invitation when it is sent out. If there are any issues please email rememberthisphoto@live.com.au

    1-2 weeks following my visit you will receive a link to your private online gallery where you can view your photos and place your order, this email will include instructions on how to claim your $25 credit.

  • Does your child have a SIBLING also attending the centre? **IMPORTANT: Please complete a separate registration form and pay a deposit for EACH CHILD**. Families with multiple registered children will receive all images in a single family gallery and your registration fees will be combined into one coupon code. Siblings will also be photographed together*
  • Do you give permission for Remember This Photography to use images of your child on social media/ website /promotional/ marketing material for purposes of example of work?*

      Your gallery invitation email will include a coupon code to receive a $25 credit towards your order. Registration is PER CHILD. If your child is absent on photo day your deposit will be refunded. Galleries close and the deposit credit will expire on the 1st December 2026. Once photos have been taken no refunds are available.
