Volunteer Agreement and Code of Conduct
Agreement
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this Knights of Columbus Council 5322 event. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that reflects the values and principles of the Knights of Columbus and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
I understand that I am expected to:
Treat all volunteers, parishioners, clergy, guests, and community members with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
Follow the directions of the event coordinator and designated council leaders.
Perform assigned duties safely and responsibly.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude throughout the event.
Help create a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or concerns to the event coordinator.
I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in my removal from volunteer activities at the discretion of the event coordinator or council leadership.
