Not everyone can make the journey to Beckinford to pay their respects to Father Simon in person. Whether you're joining us at Father Simon's memorial or remembering him from afar, Beckinford extends its sincerest thanks.

Before we prepare your parcel, Beckinford only asks that you familiarize yourself with a few things to make sure everything reaches you safely.
Terms & Conditions
Order Process & Confirmation
- Submitting and order form constitutes a commitment to purchase, subject to stock availability and final calculation of shipping fees and taxes. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
- Because international shipping and logistics are reviewed manually, submitting an order form does not mean your order is immediately confirmed.
- Your order will be officially confirmed only after:
- We've verified shipping coverage and destination carrier availability,
- You received your official Order Confirmation email and PayPal invoice, and
- Payment has been successfully processed in full.
Shipping Coverage & Destination Feasibility
- We currently ship to over 195+ countries globally. However, courier coverage may vary depending on specific cities, regions, or postal codes within those destination countries.
- Upon receiving your submission, our team (The People of Beckinford) will manually verify delivery availability to your specific address.
- If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you by email and cancel the order before requesting any payment.
- Shipping will be done after Comifuro 23, starting at November 2nd, 2026
Pricing, Invoicing, and Taxes
All international transactions are priced and billed in USD via PayPal. Your final PayPal invoice will include an itemized breakdown of:
- Merchandise subtotal (international pricing)
- International shipping fee (calculated based on parcel weight and destination)
- Payment processing / platform fee (PayPal processing fees)
- Import taxes, customs & duties (where applicable):
- For US orders: Applicable local sales taxes and federal import charges (typically ~19% of merchandise value) will be itemized on your invoice.
- For other countries: Depending on your country's regulations, local VAT, customs, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties levied by their home country.
Payment Terms & Order Expiration
- Please complete payment within 48 hours of receiving your PayPal invoice.
- Orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours will be automatically canceled, and reserved items will be released back into inventory.
Cancellation & Package Returns Policy
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the PayPal invoice has been paid and dispatched.
- Unclaimed / Refused Packages: If a package is returned to Indonesia due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or non-payment of local import taxes/customs by the buyer, shipping costs will not be refunded. Re-shipping fees will apply if you request the package to be resent.
