The application takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Timeline
- Applications close Friday, November 6, 2026, and all applicants will be notified of their status by December 18, 2026.
- The 2027 cohort will serve from January through December.
Membership is limited, and we'll review applications with an eye toward building a collaborative group with diverse expertise, experiences, and perspectives.

MEETINGS: I commit to approximately 3 hours per month of Character Impact Lab activities, including quarterly Lab meetings and participation in a subcommittee. Subcommittee meeting schedules will be determined by committee chairs in early 2027.
CONTENT: I agree to contribute at least one in-depth piece (such as an article, video, recorded interview, or collaborative project) and one shorter newsletter piece during my term.
PARTICIPATION & CONTRIBUTION: I agree to contribute my expertise, ideas, and perspectives to support the Lab's work and its shared annual project: a practical, public-facing resource for the youth development field.
SERVICE TERM: I understand that membership is an unpaid, volunteer commitment from January through December 2027.
