The Hamden Town Clerk’s Office welcomes submissions that help tell the many stories of Hamden’s people, places, neighborhoods, organizations, traditions, and community life. Because space and programming opportunities are limited, submission does not guarantee inclusion in an exhibit, program, publication, website, social media post, or other Hamden Through Time activity. The Town of Hamden reserves the right to select, decline, limit, edit for length or presentation, or determine the appropriate placement of submissions based on relevance, suitability, available space, safety, quality, and compliance with applicable law. Selection of a submission does not mean that the Town endorses any viewpoint, opinion, organization, or individual represented. You retain ownership of the original material you submit. By submitting material, you give the Town of Hamden permission, if selected, to reproduce, display, publish, and share it in connection with Hamden Through Time and related Town educational, historical, archival, communications, and promotional purposes. The Town may make minor edits for length, spelling, grammar, formatting, accessibility, or display purposes while making reasonable efforts to preserve the meaning and intent of the submission. Submission does not entitle the contributor to compensation.
