Please let us know the preferred set for your room should your session be selected.  

All rooms should be set by the hotel and AV company half an hour prior to the sessions start.  Most hotels set rooms overnight for the following day, therefore, it is unlikely that you will be able to access your room any sooner than the day of the session.  Please note, we cannot guarantee you will get your preferred set.

 

Seating Options

Theater - Side-by-side chairs as you would find in an auditorium or performance hall.

Classroom - narrow 6-foot tables, with chairs to allow participants a working space.

Banquet - Round tables with chairs, usually 6 ft. in diameter.

AV

All rooms will have a laptop, projector, screen, and 1 podium mic.

Room Moderator

Please select someone to be your room moderator for the day.  This person's role is to liaise with Leading Edge and COF staff in the event that assistance is needed to adjust the room set, temperature, lighting, etc., or if AV assistance is needed.

If you do not provide a name for this role, we will assume that the session contact from the first page will fulfill it.  The required phone number will only be used if we need to contact the moderator onsite and we cannot find them in person.

The Leading Edge or COF staff person(s) will introduce themselves to you prior to the session and be available in the hallway near your session throughout the day.
