We hope this tool helps you submit a stronger nomination for the Tomorrow's Podiatry Awards. It walks you through the six STRIDE behaviours our judges score, plus the category essentials, one at a time.
- Support: enabling and empowering others to achieve more.
- Team up: collaborating across courses, groups and professions.
- Reflect: learning from experience, and having the confidence to question and be questioned.
- Inspire: motivating the people around you.
- Drive impact: making a difference beyond yourself and promoting podiatry.
- Empathise: communicating with compassion and understanding.
How do I write a compelling nomination?
To stand out, explain and include evidence and clear examples of what makes your nominee so exceptional. Don't just say your nominee is outstanding – prove it! You don't need to answer every prompt: the strongest nominations give specific examples against at least three STRIDE behaviours and say what difference the nominee made.
Each nomination has a limit of 500 words. The builder doesn't enforce that, so you may need to trim a little afterwards.
When you submit, we'll email you your draft and open the nomination form with the text already in place. It only counts once you submit it there.
