I have read and agree to the ownership terms. I understand that, if selected, I will receive a $150 stipend for each completed artwork accepted by RILA. Upon acceptance and payment, ownership of the original physical artwork will transfer permanently to Rhode Island Latino Arts. The artwork will become part of RILA’s permanent collection, will not be returned to me, and will not be sold. I will retain copyright to my original design.
