General Eligibility Requirements are as follows:
- Must be installed in the service area of a Focus on Energy participating utility(s).
- Residential or commercial(some exceptions apply).
- Replacement/Retrofit or New Construction.
- Equipment must be listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) or have an AHRI certificate reflecting rated efficiencies that meet program guidelines to be eligible.

- INDOOR UNIT MODEL NUMBER (Heat Pump Systems Only) - Coil model number for ducted systems or head/cassette model number for mini-splits
- FURANCE MODEL NUMBER (Heat Pump Systems Only) - Furnace model number included in heat pump systems***
- Number of Systems Installed - The number of the product type claimed that you installed
  - One furnace = 1
  - One mini-split outdoor unit (single or multi-zone) = 1
  - One heat pump system = 1
*** When submitting for a heat pump installation, you must complete a claim form for the Heat Pump and a seperate claim form for the furnace.
AHRI Certificate#
Available in the qualified products list (QPL). Claims without an AHRI# may take longer to process.
Number of systems installed
HEAT PUMP Systems - Should be listed as one install, but you must complete a claim form for the heat pump and a separate claim form for the furnace. If you installed two furnaces with different model numbers, you need to make two separate claims. Only enter anything over one for multiple units of the EXACT same model number. MINI-SPLIT Systems = 1 and is determined by the number of OUTDOOR units, not the number of heads.
