Fall Community Yard Sale November 2026

NOTES ON THE EVENT

• You may come and set up starting no earlier than 7:30am. Set up is to be done by 9:00am.
• When you arrive, you may park in our soccer field parking lot. You will NOT be able to drive your vehicle into or onto the soccer field. You will unload and bring your items to your assigned spot. We recommend the use of carts and/or dollies. Once done setting up, you WILL repark at the far end of our soccer field parking lot so we can have the near side of the soccer field parking lot reserved for our bargain hunters.
• When you decide you are done selling and wish to leave, you may bring your vehicle back to any available parking spot near the yard sale and load back up. You MUST park in a parking spot. You will NOT be able to park behind parked cars with your hazards on. Everybody must be cleared off the soccer field by 4:00pm.
• Please remember, each spot is 18’x18’. You are responsible for bringing your own equipment (i.e., tables, chairs, canopies, etc.)

Preferred Space [consult diagram above]. If you select more than one spot, they must be adjacent to each other, or your registration will not be accepted. Max 2 spots.

Terms of Rental

I, the undersigned, agree to the following:

• I will not hold the Great Northwest liable for injuries to any person, damages to property, or losses resulting from my participation in this event.
• I understand that full refunds may be requested up to 6 business days before the event. Refund requests received less than 6 business days before the event are at the discretion of the Recreation Manager.
• I understand that I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, or tax requirements applicable to the items or services
• I sell, and that the Great Northwest is not responsible for providing or maintaining such licenses or permits on my behalf.
• I will not hold the Great Northwest liable for any losses, including my registration fee, should the event be canceled for any reason.
• GNW reserves the right to assign or adjust spaces as necessary to support the operation and layout of the event.
• I will clean my area and dispose of all trash at the end of the event. I understand that failure to do so may result in a $25 cleanup fee and/or being prohibited from participating in future GNW yard sales.
• All items, products, displays, and promotional materials must be appropriate for all audiences.
• I understand that Spots 1–84 are designated for traditional yard sale items only and are $25 per spot.
• I understand that Spots 85–94 are designated for small businesses and are $40 per spot.
• If I am participating as a small business, I understand that I must reserve a Small Business Spot (85–94) and may not reserve a Yard Sale Spot (1–84). I understand that failure to register for the appropriate space may result in my reservation being forfeited and my payment refunded.
• Participants registered in Spots 1–84 may not market, promote, or solicit for a business, company, organization, or commercial service.
• Political campaigning, electioneering, candidate or ballot-measure advocacy, distribution of campaign materials, collection of campaign signatures, or other political campaign activity is not permitted in any event space.
• I understand that food and drink sales are NOT permitted in Spots 1–94. Food and beverage sales are reserved for vendors specifically approved by GNW. Anyone interested in participating as a food or drink vendor must contact recreation@greatnorthwest.org.
• Small businesses registered in Spots 85–94 may sell or promote their products or services, provided they comply with these terms and all applicable laws and requirements.
• I understand that I am responsible for providing my own tables, chairs, canopy, and other materials needed for my space.
• All sales between participants and customers are final and are solely the responsibility of the seller. GNW is not responsible for returns, refunds, disputes, or transactions between participants and customers.
• No vehicles are permitted on the field during event hours.
• GNW reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for failure to comply with these terms, event rules, or instructions provided by GNW staff.
