Bridal Agreement Terms & Conditions
Dear Bride,

Congratulations and thank you for choosing The Scizzory Hair Design to make your special day even more beautiful! We want to make your day as special and carefree as possible. Please take your time to carefully read through and fill out the agreement below. Feel free to add any other important information!
Please keep in mind, this agreement is a contract that requires a cash/credit/check retainer to reserve your appointment(s). The total cost of bridal services will be quoted and given upon completion of this agreement. A 30% retainer is required to hold the day/time(s)/appointment(s) scheduled. This 30% retainer is non-refundable if canceled (15 or less days) before the scheduled appointment(s)/wedding date.

SPECIAL INFO FOR THE BRIDE & HER WEDDING PARTY ON THE WEDDING DAY
Please arrive on time. *Late arrivals: If the wedding party or any member is more than 15 minutes late, the party will be charged an additional $15.00 for each guest serviced.

Bring hair accessories/flowers/clip in extensions/Halo extensions ect. that you wish to use. *Please make a note by any member that wishes to use clip in extensions, Halo extensions, ect. This will help schedule the proper amount of time for that individual being serviced. *If any member decides on the day of appointment(s) to add-in extensions, there may be an additional charge for that service. Please come with extensions washed and dried prior to your service(s).

Wearing a zipper or button-down shirt is recommended.

Please arrive with 100% dry hair. Your hair should be shampooed and conditioned with your normal products added in the day before your service. *A blow-dry charge will be added if an extra service is required.

Stylist(s) will need a designated space to set up and the bride is responsible for clearing an area before stylist(s) arrive.

*Please keep in mind, no gratuity was added to any of the service(s) or total of appointment(s)/service(s). Cash tips are very appreciated or can be added onto total payment on day of appointment(s)/service(s). Thank you!

*Please keep in mind if any wedding party member decides to cancel a prearranged service on the date of service(s), 100% of the charge will still apply.

*Once this agreement is signed and completed the total number of services and prices cannot be changed. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH EVERYONE THAT WANTS A SERVICE PROVIDED.

POLICIES
We would be honored to have your permission to take pictures (for the purpose of advertising) of you and your wedding party’s hair and/or makeup on your wedding day.
SECURING APPOINTMENT DATE:
Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will not be secured until this agreement is signed and retainer is received. Any and all bookings for weddings are “first come, first serve” and cannot be guaranteed until agreement is signed and retainer is received.

RETAINER:
A 30% retainer is required the same day this agreement is signed in order to secure your appointment date(s) and service(s).

FINAL BALANCE:
Your final balance can be paid in advance prior to your appointment(s). If not paid in advance, your final payment must be paid in full on the day of your appointment(s) once all services are complete. You may pay your final balance by cash/check/card if you wish. *Cash is preferred.

CANCELATIONS:
If you wish to cancel, (30 days) prior to your appointment(s) a 30% retainer will be fully refunded. (15 days or less) before your appointment(s), a 30% retainer will NOT be refunded.

FEES:
This agreement is based on a minimum of 4 people. If there are less than 4 people, the agreement will still be written and charged for 4 people. For 6 or more people, an additional $5.00/person will be added. This additional fee goes towards hiring another stylist to take on additional services.
*There will be a $30.00 service fee per stylist, per signed agreement.

TRAVEL:
There is a flat rate of $85.00 if you'd like us to travel to you on your wedding day. Travel fees will be negotiated and added to any distance greater than 15 miles from The Scizzory Hair Design salon location. Greater than 15 miles will be charged at a rate of $2.00 per mile. *The bride will be responsible for any parking fees that the stylist must pay at wedding location.

ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS:
You may call or email with any additional member(s), services, notes or anything that will need additional time on the day of your wedding. This needs to be done 30 days or more prior to the appointment(s)/wedding date.

AGREEMENT/CONTRACT CHANGES:
PLEASE email or call ASAP with any date or time changes on day of wedding/appointment(s)/service(s).

TRIALS:
A trial is highly recommended for the bride! With completion of this agreement and a 30% retainer received, it is also recommended to book an updo trial appointment. This needs to be booked no less than (15 days) before the wedding day. You can schedule this appointment by text/call/email. When you come in for your trial appointment, we recommend that you bring: your headpiece/accessories, hair extensions, pictures of hairstyles and makeup that you like. It also is helpful to schedlue your final dress fitting around this appointment so you can visulize everything put togehter. That will give you a better idea of how everything will look on your special day and helps to determine if we need to make any changes before then.

WEDDING DATE:
The date of the wedding for hair appointments/services can only be changed once per agreement without a service charge/fee. This must be done (30 days) or more, before original wedding date. If wedding date/appointments/services need to be moved more than once, a service charge/fee will be applied.

FINAL DETAILS

This agreement must be completed, signed and retainer received 60 days before the wedding date. Upon completion of this agreement, the stylist will total all fees due and provide the bride with a detailed schedule (15 days) before the wedding date. Should the stylist(s) have a personal emergency that prevents her from performing services as agreed, all efforts will be made to provide a replacement stylist that will perform all agreed services. Should an emergency occur last minute that no stylist(s) are available, all fees will be refunded.
