  • This is a legal review of the title and planning records, not planning or design advice. It does not tell you whether council will approve your development or what you can build. The fixed price covers 1 title, up to 3 registered dealings and 1 development objective. Each additional dealing is $95 and each additional title is $495, including GST, and we will ask you before ordering them. Payment is made into our trust account before searches are ordered, and the fixed price is not refundable once searches have been ordered. Commercial, industrial, strata and community title properties are quoted separately. If you need planning or design advice, we can connect you with a town planner or architect from our network. Just let us know when we provide our report to you.
