Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Payment A parent or guardian must complete registration. Full payment is required to reserve the student’s place. To receive the 50% early bird discount, enter a valid discount code and register and pay on the same day.
2. Class Schedule The program includes ten live Zoom classes over five weeks. Students attend every Saturday and Sunday under their selected Hong Kong or New York schedule.
3. Cancellations and Refunds Tuition is non-refundable for withdrawals, changes of mind, or missed classes. Make-up classes are not available for student absences. If the entire program is cancelled due to an emergency, families will receive a full refund. If the program has already started, refunds will cover the remaining classes.
4. Equipment and Materials Families must provide a suitable device, internet connection, Zoom access, and the required art supplies. Supplies are not included in tuition.
5. Parent Supervision and Conduct A parent or guardian must be available during classes and supervise the safe use of materials when needed. Students must behave respectfully. Disruptive students may be removed from a session, and their parent or guardian will be contacted.
6. Privacy and Recording Class links must not be shared. Families must not record, photograph, or share other students’ images or voices. Any instructor recording requires separate parental consent. 7. Student Artwork Students retain ownership of their artwork. Parent/Guardian
