If your application is approved by the breeder, please understand that a $350 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy. Until the deposit is received, the puppy remains available. Completing this application does not guarantee or reserve a puppy.

Signed letter from landlord stating approval of the breed and size. If one is not provided now, it will be required prior to application approval.- Note that Great Danes range from 120-200+ pounds and Australian Shepherds are typically between 40-60 pounds.

Under no circumstances is this puppy/dog to be abandoned, left at a shelter/rescue, or sold/given away without written breeder consent, the puppy/dog is to return to the breeder if you are unable to care/keep the puppy/dog for any reason, per Puppy Agreement signed by buyer at pick-up.

Please understand that adult eye color cannot be guaranteed in puppies. Most puppies do not begin to show their true eye color until approximately 4 weeks of age. If eye color is an important determining factor, we cannot guarantee that your preferred puppy, or any puppy from this litter, will still be available at that age unless a non-refundable deposit has been placed to hold a specific puppy. If the puppy you placed a deposit on does not develop your preferred eye color, you may choose another available puppy, provided that puppy does not already have a deposit. If no suitable puppy is available from this litter, we can hold your place for the next litter. Your original deposit will be transferred to the new puppy once you make your selection; however, a specific puppy is not guaranteed until you have chosen one.
What will be the purpose of this pet?

Puppies are sold with Limited Registration. If a puppy is purchased for breeding, breeding rights may be purchased for an additional $500 after the recommended breed-specific health testing has been completed and supporting documentation has been provided to the breeder. If approved, the breeder will submit the request to remove the Limited Registration status, and a new kennel registration certificate showing Full Registration and breeding rights will be sent directly to the buyer by the kennel registry. For established breeders in good standing, release of breeding rights at the time of purchase may be considered when satisfactory health-testing documentation for other breeding partners can be provided.

Do you plan to spay/neuter the puppy?
Please speak with your veterinarian about the appropriate age to spay or neuter your puppy based on the chosen breed. Spaying or neutering too early can contribute to growth complications, especially in larger breeds such as the Great Dane, for which waiting until at least 2 years of age is generally recommended.
Are you willing to travel for pickup?
If we transport the puppy, a $50 fee is charged per 50 miles. This fee is in addition to the asking price of the puppy.

Previous dog experience. (Note- Please do your research on the breed you are applying for, be prepared for the possible behaviors, size, attitudes, intelligence, energy levels, and especially what the breed was intended for- Herding, Hunting, Working, Guarding)
Current veterinarian / clinic
If you do not currently have a veterinarian, you will need to establish one prior to your puppy going home, as the Puppy Agreement states that the puppy must be seen within 72 hours of transfer from breeder to buyer. A copy of the vet exam will be requested to ensure the puppy is receiving proper veterinary care per the agreement and for the puppy’s health.
