Please note that most applications will result in a 25% or 50% reduction in chaperone fees dependent on need. VMUN has a very limited number of 100% fee reductions in order to ensure that as many schools as possible are able to benefit from our aid program. The chaperone fee for a single room is $340 per night or $680 for the entire conference.

Instructions

Please submit a written letter from a school administrator commenting on the benefit of financial aid for their delegates. In addition, please specify why the chaperone fee cannot be covered by the school.
