Registration Fees

NEW CREW MEMBER ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE: $100.00 per crew member. The initial registration fee will cover 2 membership t-shirts (1 long sleeve and 1 short sleeve). This fee does not apply to members who are renewing their membership. The balance of this fee is directed towards the club's operating costs. Crew members do not attend practices or recieve performance equipment. Should a crew member decide to become a performing member, a new registration form will be required along with any additional fees.
Payment Details

Upon submitting your payment denotes approval of the system saving your payment information for the purpose of the monthly payment option or yearly membership renewal. Members can revoke their permission to renew their membership 30 days prior to the yearly renewal date.
Optimist Member Fees

Illusions Winter Guard is a registered Optimist International member and therefore must remit fees on a yearly basis. Your registration fee ensures that all operating costs, insurance fees, and Optimist International fees remain in good standing. The rate of the fee is subject to change each year.
