TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting Referral Partner Agreement
By joining the TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting Referral Partner Program, you agree to the following:
Referral Reward: Referral Partners may earn $50 for each qualifying new client they refer to TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting.
Qualifying Referral: A referral qualifies for payment only after the referred individual becomes a new client, completes their tax preparation service, and all applicable tax preparation fees have been paid and confirmed.
No Payment for Leads: Submitting a name, completing an intake form, requesting information, scheduling an appointment, or receiving an estimate alone does not qualify for a referral reward.
Existing Clients: Current or previous TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting clients do not qualify as new-client referrals.
Referral Credit: The referred client must identify the Referral Partner during the intake/referral process so the referral can be properly credited.
Payment: Qualifying referral rewards will be paid through Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay using the payment information provided by the Referral Partner.
Independent Referral Partner: Participation in this program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or tax-preparer relationship with TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting.
No Tax Advice or Guarantees: Referral Partners may not provide tax advice on behalf of TheLuxeBabe, quote or guarantee refunds, guarantee tax outcomes, represent themselves as employees or tax preparers of TheLuxeBabe, or make unauthorized promises regarding our services.
Program Terms: TheLuxeBabe Tax & Consulting reserves the right to review referral eligibility and modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Partner Program or its rewards. Changes will not affect qualifying rewards already earned before the effective date of the change.
Fraud & Abuse: Fraudulent, duplicate, self-referrals, manipulated referrals, or other attempts to misuse the program are not eligible for payment and may result in removal from the program.
