          • Submitting the form and making payment does not guarantee availability until I’ve successfully secured your order. If you’ve paid but I’m unable to accommodate your order due to stock limitations or other sourcing issues, I will issue a full refund.*

          • “Can I have my order delivered or picked up on the same day I fill out the form?”
Yes, as long as you submit your order before 3 PM and I’m available that day. However, there’s no guarantee that I’ll be able to pack and prepare your order immediately. If I’m unable to prepare it that day, it will be ready for pick-up the next day, 6 PM onwards.

            “When are J&T orders dispatched?”
J&T orders are dispatched by batch every Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. I prioritize orders outside Luzon first, followed by the order date.

            “Where are you located?”
It varies. Mostly in Makati or BGC, sometimes in Katipunan. I offer meet-ups if you’re within the area with a ₱20 handling fee.
