  • THE BASIC VENUE RENTAL PACKAGE

    We are anything but basic here at the Petite Party Cottage; this package is loaded with amenities to get your party started. Want to add decor or food later down the line? No problem...we follow up with you a few weeks before your party to give you an opportunity to customize further if needed.

  • BASIC venue rental INCLUDES all of the following amenities:
    -up to 6 round tables
    -OR up to 5 round tables and 1 long rectangle kids table
    -white linens
    -up to 60 chairs
    -up to two 6 ft rectangle tables
    -facility attendant on site
    -use of stage area
    -Bluetooth speaker system
    -Use of kitchenette with fridge and microwave
    -private bathroom with changing station
    -free parking on site

  • CHARACTER PARTY PACKAGES-ALL INCLUSIVE

    Character parties are what we are known for and these are designed to accommodate your fairytale dream party!
  • These are "all-inclusive" solutions at several tiers for children's birthday parties. Simply check off the one that works for you. OR, if you would like to piece together your own party, Please view our à la carte options below this section.
  • Prior to your event, we will get with you on all the little details such as tables, centerpieces, decor, food and drink or anything else you may need to include.

  • WHAT COMES NEXT?

    We will respond to this inquiry with a quote within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us in 24 hours, please check your spam folder, the email fairies sometimes send our communications there.

    Once your quote is confirmed we send the following two things directly to your email:

    DEPOSIT INVOICE: You will be invoiced $150 deposit to hold your date and time. This goes towards your final balance and your card is kept on file.

    CONTRACT: This is digital and is all of the important legal info to protect you and us. It takes just a a minute or two to initial and sign and then you are all set for the moment.

    THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY FORM: This comes 3 weeks before your big day (or sooner if you request)! We don't want to overwhelm you with add ons right at booking because we know you are just starting to plan. When you are ready to fill in the details such as tables, centerpieces and add-ons, let us know and we will shoot you the form. Otherwise it will come to you 3 weeks prior to your party. 

     

    FINAL BALANCE INVOICE: You will receive a final invoice 3 weeks prior to your booked event date. A damage deposit of $100 will be charged to your final balance and refunded within 14 calendar days of your event if there is no damage. Balance MUST BE PAID IN FULL 2 weeks prior to event date. If full balance is not paid within 2 weeks of party date, your slot will be released back on the calendar, and your $150 deposit is forfeited.
