The total amount due from above is due after submission of this form. Fun Day seats are limited and are available on a first come first served basis. Your students seat is only guaranteed after the payment has been received.

Please make your payment online using Tuition Express, in the Procare App on your phone or at any of the Procare kiosks within the building. If you are new to Highland and have not yet signed up for Tuition Express or downloaded the Procare App, please email billing@hcsmke.org and request access.
Hot lunch IS NOT provided by Highland on Fun Days. Please acknowledge that you will provide your child with a cold lunch.
Fun Day ends at 5:30 p.m. I acknowledge that I will pick my child up no later than 5:30 p.m. or I will be assessed a late fee of $10 for the first five minutes and $1 per minute thereafter.
Participation Consent: My child, as named above, has my permission to participate in Highland Community School (HCS) Fun Day activities. I understand that Highland Community School is taking all responsible precautions to ensure the health and safety of my child. I give my consent for emergency medical treatment to be used if I cannot be reached immediately.
Photo Consent*I give permission to HCS to use photographs, motion pictures or videotapes of my child in publicizing and promoting HCS's work. I waive all claims to payments for such use or for damages.
