Choreographic Devices 6: The Studio Version Sunday 18th October, 12-6pm
Since 2022, and against the pressured backdrops of permacrisis and accelerating depletion, Choreographic Devices has been testing how bodies, material assemblages, organisational forms and modes of being alongside one another might be choreographed otherwise. For its sixth iteration at Sadler’s Wells East and hosted by Rose Choreographic School, Choreographic Devices functions as a studio for rehearsal, for pre-enactments, and for finding ways of dealing with the detritus and remnants that accumulate as they are left behind from public facing work, and for making things ready.
