• CALL FOR SESSION PROPOSALS

New Jersey Home Care & Hospice Annual Conference | May 25-27, 2027
  • The Home Care & Hospice Association of NJ seeks proposals for presentations, interactive workshops, and facilitated discussions to be delivered at the annual New Jersey home health and hospice professional conference in Atlantic City (May 25-27, 2027).

Please submit all applicable portions of the proposal form. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis until February 5, 2027.

  • WHO YOU'LL REACH

2026 Conference Attendees By Job Function

    Make your expertise practical.

Help attendees connect your topic to the realities of delivering care at home. Show what an approach looks like in practice, what implementation requires, and what participants can take back to their organizations.

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for timely, practical education that reflects the realities of providing and leading care at home. Strong sessions may offer practical tools and strategies, provider case studies, lessons learned through implementation, evidence-informed practices, new approaches to longstanding challenges, or thoughtful discussion of emerging issues affecting home care, home health, and hospice providers.

Above all, attendees should leave with insights they can apply within their own organizations.

  • CONFERENCE TRACKS

Our conference brings providers together across New Jersey’s care-at-home continuum. Proposals may be designed for one of the following audiences or may address issues relevant across multiple tracks.

    1. Home Health

    2. Hospice

    3. Home Care (Health Care Service Firm)

    4. All Providers

  • A STRONG PROPOSAL

All proposals will be reviewed by HCHANJ based on their potential value to conference attendees. Reviewers will consider:

    • Relevance & Applicability — Does the session address a timely challenge, opportunity, or area of interest for home care, home health, or hospice providers?
    • Practical Value — Will attendees leave with useful ideas, strategies, tools, or information they can apply within their organizations?
    • Speaker Expertise — Do the proposed presenter(s) demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience with the subject?
    • Engagement — Does the proposed format create opportunities for meaningful learning, discussion, case examples, problem-solving, or other participant engagement?
    • Educational Independence — Is the content educational rather than promotional, with an appropriate focus on the subject rather than a specific product or service?

  • BEFORE YOU BEGIN

    Speaker Registration & Compensation

HCHANJ does not provide speaker compensation, including honoraria, travel reimbursement, or program development fees. If a session is selected, one complimentary registration for the full conference will be provided per session. Additional presenters may register at the applicable conference rate. Speakers attending only to present their session may do so at no charge.

    Educational, Not Promotional

Conference sessions are intended to provide substantive education and practical value to attendees. Presentations must be educational and vendor-neutral and may not include sales pitches, promotional product demonstrations, or other commercial promotion. Industry experts are encouraged to submit proposals when the content is focused on education, best practices, practical strategies, or broader industry challenges rather than promotion of a specific product or service.
