  • Thank you for you interest in being a Vendor at the 2026 Woodstock Farmers' Market Christmas Market. Hosted and presented by the Woodstock Agricultural Society.

    A copy of your application will be sent to the email you have registered with upon submitting your form. This will serve as your information package as well.  We will also receive an auto-email with your submission. 

    If you are selected to be a part of the Christmas Market, you will receive a Quickbooks invoice from our office. The only email we will be communicating with you is, market@woodstockfairgrounds.com.

    • An 8ft table rental is available for $50 plus 13% HST (Ontario).

      All vendors are required to carry a minimum of $2 million liability insurance and provide proof of coverage. By participating, vendors agree to hold and save harmless the Woodstock Agricultural Society from anyclaims, actions, or proceedings resulting from injuries, damages, personal loss, or any other cause arising from the vendor’s loading area.

      Vendors may set up on Friday, December 18th from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please note: any inventory left in the building is done so at the vendor’s own risk, and the Woodstock Agricultural Society is not responsible for any loss or damage.
