IncubatoROM Pitch Event

Pitching and professional development event dedicated to Romani authors and projects. IncubatoROM creates an opportunity for emerging and established Romani filmmakers to present their projects directly to experienced European film professionals and experts, including members of the European Film Academy, and to receive constructive feedback on their ideas, artistic approaches, and development strategies. The intention is to create a professional exchange in which experienced industry practitioners can offer questions, observations, practical advice and perspectives that may help the authors further develop their projects and navigate the European film landscape. IncubatoROM is organised by Romedia Foundation, as part of the Raising Romani Gaze stand at the Seville European Film Festival with the support of the Knowledge Sharing Label of the European Film Academy. IncubatoRom, hybrid industry event, taking place during the at the Seville European Film Festival on 12 November 2026, from 16:00 to 18:30.

IncubatoROM Pitch Event – Participation Consent: The IncubatoROM Pitch Event will take place on 12 November 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00 CET. The event will be held in a hybrid format. Selected filmmakers may participate either in person in Seville, Spain, or online. Please note that the organisers do not cover any costs related to participation, including travel, accommodation, meals, visa costs, insurance or any other expenses incurred in connection with participation. By submitting this application, I confirm that, if selected, I am able to participate in the IncubatoROM Pitch Event on 12 November 2026 between 16:00 and 18:00 CET, either online or in person in Seville. I understand and accept that the organisers will not be financially responsible or liable for costs incurred by me in connection with my participation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
