• EdTech For Employment Incubation Program

  • The EdTech for Employment Incubation Programme is a 6-month hybrid programme delivered by Injini, financed by the Leopold Bachman Foundation. The programme is built to address youth unemployment in South Africa by supporting early-stage South African EdTech solutions that connect quality education and skills development to real work or income-generating opportunities for young people aged 15–30, especially those in underserved communities.

    Its objectives are to:

    • Strengthen product foundations, so solutions are grounded in learning science, use appropriate technology and are inclusive of underserved youth;
    • Build business sustainability, through financial management, go-to-market,brand strategy, and the foundations of investor readiness;
    • Embed impact measurement, with a clear theory of change and indicators linked to youth employment outcomes;
    • Open up market access, through structured user feedback sessions, introductions to partners and customers, and visibility across Injini's ecosystem.

    Applicatons close 6 November 2026.
