Join us for Halloween in downtown Lake City!
On Halloween, Main Street will begin closing at 4 PM to set up for our Halloween celebration, creating a safe environment for families to bring their children for trick-or-treating. Trick-or-Treating will take place from 6pm-7:30pm on East and West Main Streets.
We encourage all businesses to set up a table downtown to hand out candy. If you choose to participate, please bring your own candy to distribute (we suggest a MINIMUM OF 5-6 BAGS). The Greater Lake City Chamber of Commerce has worked to collect supplemental candy donations that will be distributed equally amongst Chamber member's tables the day-of the event. If you are a Chamber member, you will receive 3 big Sam's Club sized bags of candy.
If you’d like to support our Halloween event but don’t wish to set up a table, we welcome CANDY DONATIONS as well. For those interested in joining us with a table, please remember to bring your own table, table decorations, and feel free to wear your spookiest costumes!
