New Visions Christmas Celebration - Celebración navideña de New Visions

New Visions Homeless Services will be holding a Christmas Celebration on Saturday, December 12th. The event will be held at the Iowa West Sports Plex located at 3260 Mid America Dr, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. If you would like to receive help this holiday season, please complete the form below. (If you have more than 6 children in your care, please fill out another form with the remaining children's information).

Important Details:

You must reside in Southwest Iowa to receive assistance. The only exception is if you are a Veteran household that resides in Nebraska.

You may not be signed up with any other assistance programs. Please note that we do cross reference other agencies lists.
Children under the age of 14 must be present the day of the event.
The children you sign up for must be in your custody or care. Individual children can only be signed up from one household.
There will be an option to choose a time to pick up your gifts. We ask that you do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time.
You should receive an email confirming that you are signed up for the event. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at 712-322-7570 and ask for Stephanie. You may also email us anytime at giveaway@newvisionshs.org.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with New Visions Homeless Services and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. If your family situation includes foster care or another instance where children's images should not be publicly shared, please select the "I do not authorize" option below. You will be identified with a different colored wristband at the event. -
