Public Liability Insurance – minimum £5m
Product Liability Insurance
Employers' Liability Insurance
Food Safety Management System / HACCP
Gas safety certification
Electrical testing certification
Fire Risk Assessment
Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Evidence of your food hygiene rating
If you're offered and accept a trading position, a £500 non-refundable deposit per event will be required to secure your pitch. The deposit will be deducted from the commission due following the event.
