By signing below, the participating vendor/food truck agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation in the above-listed event hosted by Rescue Rehome Repeat (“RRR”).

A nonrefundable vendor donation of 25.00 is required to reserve a vendor space.Vendor understands that space is limited and participation is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.Vendor limits are as follows: Maximum of 15 food trucks Maximum of 5 table/tent vendors RRR reserves the right to approve or deny vendors at its discretion in order to maintain variety and exclusivity of vendor categories.

Each vendor/food truck is solely responsible for providing their own: Power supply/generator Extension cords Water access needs Tents, tables, chairs, and equipment Any additional setup materials required for operation Rescue Rehome Repeat will not provide electricity, generators, or equipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Vendor understands and agrees that Rescue Rehome Repeat, its volunteers, officers, directors, representatives, property owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for: Any injuries or accidents occurring in, near, or around the vendor’s setup area Any foodborne illness claims Property damage Theft or loss Fire, electrical, or generator-related incidents Customer injuries Employee injuries Any claims arising from the vendor’s participation in the event Vendor accepts full responsibility and liability for all operations conducted under their business during the event.

Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable: Health department regulations Fire safety regulations Licensing requirements Food handling requirements State and local laws Vendor understands they are operating independently and are solely responsible for maintaining any required permits, certifications, or insurance coverage.

Vendor agrees to: Keep their area clean and sanitary Dispose of trash properly Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully Avoid excessive noise, unsafe behavior, or disruption of the event RRR reserves the right to remove any vendor for unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct without refund.

This event is rain or shine unless otherwise announced by Rescue Rehome Repeat.Vendor donations are nonrefundable in the event of cancellation due to weather, emergencies, acts of God, or circumstances beyond RRR’s control.
