Welcome to the Lincoln Christmas Parade!

Please complete one registration per parade entry. Before beginning, please know the total length of your entry, including vehicles, trailers, floats, and other components.

Space along the parade route is limited and is assigned according to the footage purchased during registration. Your entry cannot exceed your registered footage on parade day.

The person completing this registration will become the Official Parade Contact and the Chamber’s sole point of contact for this entry.

NEW PARADE REQUIREMENT — HORSES & LIVESTOCK

Due to city ordinances regarding animal waste on public roadways, all horses and livestock participating in the Lincoln Christmas Parade are required to wear properly fitted manure collection bags.

This requirement applies to each individual animal, regardless of the size of the group. All manure bags must be securely attached and remain in place throughout the parade.

Animals without the required manure bags will not be permitted to participate in the parade.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our streets clean and ensuring a safe and enjoyable parade for everyone!

Do not register for a smaller space than your actual entry. Parade space is limited and additional footage cannot be added on parade day.

SECTION 6 PARADE RULES & RESPONSIBILITIES

OFFICIAL CONTACT: I understand that the person listed as the Official Parade Contact is the Chamber’s sole point of contact and is responsible for communicating parade information to everyone participating with this entry.

ENTRY LENGTH: I certify that the total entry length provided on this registration is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

SPACE LIMIT: I understand that the footage purchased during registration is the maximum space allotted to my entry and that my entry may not exceed this length on parade day.

NO DAY-OF ADDITIONS: I understand that additional vehicles, trailers, floats or other components may not be added on parade day if doing so causes my entry to exceed my registered space.

LIMITED ROADWAY: I understand that parade staging is based on a limited amount of available roadway and additional space cannot be guaranteed on parade day.

CORRECTIONS: I understand that if my entry exceeds my registered space, I may be required to remove vehicles/components or modify my entry before being permitted to participate.
