The Operations & Development Coordinator is a full-time, mostly in-person position that supports both sides of Silicon Couloir's revenue: running The Cowork Space in Jackson, a primary source of earned revenue for the organization, while also supporting the Executive Director on fundraising and development. Remote work will be permitted on a limited basis.

This position manages The Cowork Space and Silicon Couloir's administrative infrastructure, while supporting the Executive Director on fundraising administration, including donor renewals and support in the cultivation of new donors and sponsors. This role is well-suited to an organized, multi-tasker who is comfortable working in day-to-day operations on a small team. The ideal candidate brings commercial instincts, operational experience, solid technical skills, strong relationship skills, and positive, upbeat attitude.
