Either party may terminate unless otherwise required by law or written agreement. Company may immediately suspend access or terminate for fraud, falsified returns, unauthorized EFIN use, credential sharing, client diversion, serious security violations, material breach, or loss of required eligibility. The Tax Professional acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement, agree to its requirements, understand that clients and income are not guaranteed, accept responsibility for compliance and due diligence, agree to protect taxpayer and Company information. Electronic acceptance constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
