  • I am aware of the dangers of crafting activities and I promise not to hold Rainbow Craft Studio, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves the company of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before to, during, or after the activity.
    By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Rainbow Craft Studio completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
    I will do all in my power to obey Rainbow Craft Studio staff and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.

  • I hereby consent to Rainbow Craft Studio taking photographs of me during my reserved crafting experience. I understand that Rainbow Craft Studio may display (or permit others to do so on its/his behalf) all or excerpts of the photographs in any media for educational, news, marketing, advertising, fund-raising or other reasonable academic purposes, and I hereby grant to Rainbow Craft Studio the irrevocable, royalty-free worldwide right to do so.  I further understand that I will not receive any compensation for this release.
