Harvest Gather & Give Packs – Family Information
Thank you for participating in Harvest of Hope! Please read carefully:
Important: Completing this registration does not guarantee your organization or families will receive packs. You will be notified by email or text once your registration has been approved. All information provided is kept confidential.
If your organization is registering multiple families, you may include them all on this form as long as they require the same pickup or delivery option. If some families need a different option, please submit a separate form for those.
Option 1: Family Pickup
Date: Sunday, November 15th
🕙 Time: Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (exact hours confirmed later)
📍 Location: Melbourne First Church of the Nazarene
2745 S Babcock St, Melbourne, FL 32901
Please bring your confirmation email.
Option 2: Family Delivery (if available)
Date: Sunday, November 15th
🕙 Time: Between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (depending on driver availability)
✅ You must confirm your registration once approved.
🚪 You must be home to receive your pack, and your address must be accurate.
Option 3: Organization Pickup
Date: Sunday, November 15th
🕙 Time: Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Pickup Location: Melbourne First Church of the Nazarene

The organization is responsible for picking up all approved Harvest Gather & Give Packs.
Option 4: Organization or School Delivery (Sunday)
Date: Sunday, November 15th
🕙 Time: Between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (depending on driver availability)
We deliver directly to your organization or school. Please ensure someone is available to receive the packs.
Option 5: Organization or School Delivery (Monday)
Date: Monday, November 16th
🕗 Time: Between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (depending on driver availability)
Large or bulk deliveries can be scheduled in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
