    Please read carefully

    1. Sign this Tuition Contract (The contract is for both Nov - Dec, 2026 and 1 for Jan - May, 2027 programs)
    2. Tuition for Nov - Dec, 2026 is $1500 + $200 Materials fee (due upon registration). Payment options are on the next page 
    3. Tuition for Jan - May, 2027 is $4738 plus $300 materials fee. Payment options are on the next page 

     

    After you have made your payment selections on the next page you will receive invoices from Quickbook/Intuit directly from our Bookkeeper Mel Evans-Glenn. You will pay directly through those invoices.

    Late Fee

    If you have circumstances that arise that make it hard for you to pay your monthly tuition on time we are happy to work with you. However, it is your responsibility to tell us what is happening and for us to come to an agreement on payment. If we do not hear from you and your payment is 5 days late or your check bounces you will be charged a $25 administrative fee.


    Refund Policy (Please read)

    • Materials Fee are non-refundable
    • If a NEW family decides to withdraw within 60 days (By January 3, 2027)  of the program start date 
      • Sage Programs will keep your materials fee and any Monthly installments for already attended program.
      • The family will not be responsible for future Monthly Installments.

    • If a family decides to withdraw after 60 days of the program start date:
      • Sage Programs will keep materials fees any Monthly Installments paid for months already fully or partially attended.
      • The family will be responsible for all remaining Monthly Installments through the program end date, unless we are able to fill the child's space in the program (which we will make effort to do)

    • Sage Programs reserves the right to ask a family to withdraw from the program at any time, in which case:
      • Sage Programs will keep Materials Fess and Installments paid for months already fully or partially attended. 
      • The family will not be responsible for future Monthly Installments after the date the child completes attendance.

    Below please indicate your preferred payment schedule for each section below. You will then receive an invoice through QuickBooks/Intuit from our bookkeeper Mel Evans-Glenn for each scheduled payment. You will pay directly through those invoices.

  • By signing this document, I agree to these fees and payment schedules.  I understand that I am enrolling my child for the both the November - December, 2026 and the January - May, 2027 KinderHeart Programs, and I am responsible for paying the full tuition amounts (unless other wise indicated in your scholarship amount above) whether in a single payment or in multiple installments.  I understand that all fees and tuition payments are non-refundable per the terms laid out above.
