PAYMENTS BY CHECK
Registration payments may be made by check. Please download this registration form and submit with check payment. Registrations will not be processed until full payment is received.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
3.5% is added to all credit card transactions to cover the cost of credit card processing fees. By submitting this form, you authorize the Kentucky Jailers Association to charge the above credit card for the selected purchases and the associated credit card fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We cannot cancel or refund any payments for registrations. Should an attendee no longer be able to attend, we will transfer your registration and payment to the next KJA conference.
