Set up can begin at 4:00 pm, Vehicles Trunks must be set up by 5:15 pm Event is from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Friday October 30th, a confirmation and timeline will be sent out soon.

Trunk Host Agreement
By registering as a Trunk Host, I agree to follow all event guidelines and safety procedures. I understand that:
I must arrive during the designated setup period
I will park only in my assigned space
My vehicle must remain parked once Trunk or Treat begins
My engine must be turned off during the event
I will not move or reposition my vehicle until event staff gives the all-clear
I will provide individually wrapped treats, store bought and sealed. You can also give out allergy-friendly options - stickers, pencils, small toys, bubbles etc.
I will keep my trunk display family-friendly and appropriate for children
I will not use open flames, fireworks, pyrotechnics, dangerous props, weapons or realistic weapon display or other hazardous materials
I will clean my assigned area before leaving
I will follow all instructions provided by staff and volunteers
I have read and understand the Trunk or Treat participation guidelines and agree to follow the rules established for the event.
