ELEVATE Mentor Application
Share your background and answer the mentoring questions (150 words or fewer each) for the January–July cohort. Please email helpAVTE.net with any questions.
ELEVATE mentors are experienced veterinary professionals who help early-career veterinary technicians grow into thoughtful, confident, and connected leaders. We're seeking a few mentors for the January to July cohort. Please answer each question in 150 words or fewer. We care more about how you think and develop others than polished leadership language, so specific examples are encouraged. Applications are due October 15, 2026.
