Medical Conditions:

Dear Parents and Guardians, based on advice from our Paediatric 1st Aid & EpiPen Trainer, a second dose of an EpiPen should be administered 5 to 15 minutes after the initial dose if there is no improvement in a child's condition. This protocol provides critical support while awaiting emergency services. Consequently, any child who requires an EpiPen must bring two EpiPens to every session. By acknowledging this message, you confirm that your child will have two EpiPens with them at all times. Please note that if a child arrives without two EpiPens, they will be sent home and will be unable to attend until this protocol is followed. This policy is strictly enforced to safeguard both the children and our staff. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

If the weather is inclement, our staff will keep children, where they will have the opportunity to participate in indoor activities. To compensate for any lost outdoor playing time, when weather allows we will prioritise outdoor play. While indoor sessions are a rare occurrence, we encourage parents to send their child in with weather appropriate clothing. We aim to deliver sessions outdoors whenever possible to ensure the children stay active and get the most out of camps.

Please note that bookings for our Holiday Camps are non refundable. We deliver our camps based on confirmed numbers. We then commit to all associated overheads, including facility hire, resources, staffing and insurance in advance. To help avoid incurring losses, please submit your booking only when you are certain of the dates you require. If you are uncertain of your schedule, Xtra Time would appreciate it if you book on a weekly basis instead. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
