For more than four decades, the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Conference has been a leading national gathering for the long-term services and supports field, uniting the policymakers, providers, and partners advancing care for older adults and people with disabilities. In 2027, the conference returns to Baltimore, Maryland, convening more than 1,650 professionals from across the public and private sectors.

For sponsors and exhibitors, the conference is one of the few venues where senior HCBS and LTSS leaders from every state and territory gather in one place. Partners connect directly with the decision-makers shaping the field, from federal and state officials to health plans and community providers, and get a platform to showcase what their solutions can do.
