  • 12. IN SITU is committed to diversity, inclusion and equity and therefore welcomes applicants from a wide mix of people because we want the cohort of artists we work with to be inclusive of people from a diverse range of backgrounds. We understand people can face barriers in their careers, for instance barriers related to race, disability and socio-economic status.

We handle any data securely and will not share with any other parties other than IN SITU team. We ask these questions to ensure greater representation in our programme and to monitor that. We also want to ensure that we support our artists to the best of our ability and remove any barriers faced.

Answering these questions is entirely optional. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential, processed in accordance with GDPR, and separated from the artistic evaluation of your proposal.
