Content Collective Terms and Conditions
Content Collective Terms and Conditions
About these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply between We Rise Networking Pty Ltd (ABN: 50652671719) and the Attendee named at the time of booking.
By booking and paying for a Content Collective package or session, the Attendee agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
A. Session Fees
The Attendee agrees to pay the fees for their chosen package or once-off session as set out in Sections C and G. Session fees cover:
- Time and expertise of the photographer and/or social media content creator
- Venue hire
- Food and beverage
- Basic creative editing tailored to the Attendee's brand, as recommended by the content professionals
Attendees should come prepared with content ideas to make the most of their time. When not working directly with a professional creator, Attendees are encouraged to create content independently. Attendees may also be asked to assist with other participants' content or appear as an 'extra' in photos or video.
B. Session Inclusions and Deliverables
Content Collective sessions alternate monthly between a Content Playdate and a Strategy Day. Unless otherwise communicated by We Rise Networking prior to the session, each includes the following.
Content Playdate
- Up to 15 edited, branded images per Attendee, delivered in high resolution
- B-roll footage captured on the day, supplied raw and unedited, with no limit on the amount captured within the session time
Strategy Day
- An 8 week social media plan customised for the Attendee's business
- Up to 8 talk-to-camera reels per Attendee, filmed and edited for social media use
All sessions
- Access to a shared Google Drive folder containing all delivered content
Edited content will be delivered to the Attendee's Google Drive folder within 7 business days of the session date. We Rise Networking will communicate any delays in advance where possible.
The number of looks, outfit changes, or set-ups possible within a session will depend on the group size and time available on the day. We Rise Networking will advise Attendees of the session structure prior to attendance.
C. Packages and Booking Structure
Content Collective sessions run monthly and can be booked as a package or as a once-off session. Package fees are paid monthly; once-off sessions are paid in full at booking.
- Kickstart: 2 consecutive monthly sessions (1 Content Playdate and 1 Strategy Day); 2 monthly payments
- Momentum: 4 consecutive monthly sessions (2 Content Playdates and 2 Strategy Days); 4 monthly payments
- Breakthrough: 12 consecutive monthly sessions (6 Content Playdates and 6 Strategy Days); 12 monthly payments
- Once-off session: 1 session, subject to availability; 1 payment in full at booking
Fees for each option are as published by We Rise Networking at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST is charged in addition to the published price.
Each package also includes access to The Plan (Section H) and the package bonuses set out in Section I. Once-off sessions do not include these unless agreed in writing.
We Rise Networking reserves the right to adjust pricing between booking periods with reasonable notice. Price changes do not apply to a package already in progress, and Breakthrough members are covered by the rate lock in Section I.
D. Rescheduling
We Rise Networking understands that life happens. Attendees may move a session to a following month, without forfeiting their spot, as follows:
- Kickstart: 1 reschedule
- Momentum: 1 reschedule
- Breakthrough: up to 2 reschedules
To request a reschedule, the Attendee must notify We Rise Networking in writing prior to the session date. Rescheduled dates will be confirmed by We Rise Networking as sessions are scheduled. Monthly payments continue as scheduled while a session is rescheduled.
Once an Attendee has used their reschedule allowance, any further missed sessions will be forfeited and no credit or refund will be issued. Once-off sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of We Rise Networking.
We Rise Networking reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, adverse weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, Attendees will be notified as soon as practicable and offered an alternative session date. Where rescheduling occurs, a package may extend beyond its original length to accommodate the rescheduled session(s).
E. Cancellation by Attendee
Attendees may cancel any package at any time by giving 30 days written notice to We Rise Networking at info@werisenetworking.com.
Packages (Kickstart, Momentum and Breakthrough)
- Any monthly payment that falls within the 30 day notice period remains payable, and the Attendee may attend any session that falls within that period.
- Once the 30 day notice period has ended, no further monthly payments will be charged.
- Access to The Plan and any unused package bonuses end when the notice period ends.
- Payments already made are non-refundable, including for sessions attended, forfeited, or rescheduled.
Once-off sessions
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the session date for a refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the session date. We Rise Networking may, at its discretion, move the booking to a later session.
F. Re-shoots and Refunds
Re-shoots are granted at the sole discretion of We Rise Networking. Re-shoots and refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Poor choices of clothing, make-up, or hair styling
- Failure to follow the recommendations of the photographer or content creator
- Weather-related issues that do not prevent the session from proceeding
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction that falls within the photographer's or content creator's artistic discretion
G. Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout. We Rise Networking accepts payment via Stripe.
Packages
The first monthly payment is due at the time of booking to secure the Attendee's spot. Remaining payments are charged automatically each month on the same date until the final payment, or until a cancellation takes effect under Section E. By booking a package, the Attendee authorises We Rise Networking to charge these recurring payments to the payment method provided.
Once-off sessions
Once-off sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, We Rise Networking will notify the Attendee. Sessions, access to The Plan, and package bonuses will be paused until the payment is made. Any unpaid amounts remain owing.
Sessions will not proceed until payment for that month or session has been received in full.
H. The Plan
Package Attendees receive access to The Plan, We Rise Networking's AI-assisted content planning tool, for the length of their package. The following terms apply:
- Access is for the Attendee's own business only. The Plan may not be used to create content for clients or any third party without prior written agreement from We Rise Networking.
- Login details are personal and must not be shared.
- Content produced by The Plan is generated with the help of AI. The Attendee is responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy and suitability before publishing.
- Access ends when the package ends or when a cancellation takes effect under Section E. Attendees should download or save any plans they wish to keep before then.
- We Rise Networking may update, change, or improve The Plan's features from time to time.
I. Package Bonuses
We Rise Networking event passes
- Kickstart includes 2 passes, Momentum includes 4 passes, and Breakthrough includes 12 passes to a monthly We Rise Networking connection event of the Attendee's choice.
- Passes must be booked in advance and are subject to event availability.
- Passes are for the Attendee only and cannot be transferred.
- Unused passes expire when the package ends or when a cancellation takes effect, and have no cash value.
Priority booking (Momentum and Breakthrough)
Momentum and Breakthrough Attendees can book their next sessions before spots open publicly, subject to the dates and timeframes communicated by We Rise Networking.
Rate lock (Breakthrough)
Breakthrough Attendees keep their monthly rate for as long as their membership continues without a break. If an Attendee cancels and later rejoins, the pricing current at the time of rejoining applies.
Socials spotlight (Breakthrough)
Breakthrough Attendees receive a spotlight feature on We Rise Networking's social media. The timing and format of the feature are at the discretion of We Rise Networking.
J. Archive and Content Storage
All images and video content will be uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder for the Attendee to access and download. Attendees are strongly encouraged to download their content promptly upon delivery, as files may be removed from Google Drive after 12 months.
After 24 months from the session date, all images and content footage will be purged from We Rise Networking's storage systems, except for any content retained for promotional purposes at the sole discretion of We Rise Networking and the relevant content creators. The photographer and social media content creator are not responsible for loss of or damage to digital files due to circumstances beyond their control.
K. Attendee Usage Rights
Notwithstanding the copyright provisions in Section M, the Attendee is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the images and video content created during their Content Collective session for:
- Personal use
- Business and commercial use, including on websites, social media, marketing materials, and advertising
This licence does not permit the Attendee to sell, sublicense, or transfer the content to third parties, or to use the content in a way that implies endorsement by We Rise Networking, Advised Studios, or Ohtu Agency without prior written consent.
L. Model Release
By participating in a Content Collective session, the Attendee grants to We Rise Networking, Advised Studios, and Ohtu Agency (collectively, the 'Rights Holders') the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs and video content in which the Attendee appears:
- To copyright the same in the Rights Holders' name or any other name they may select
- To use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs or video content, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade
The Attendee hereby releases and discharges the Rights Holders from all claims and demands arising from or in connection with the use of the photographs and video content, including any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.
Group Participation Consent
Attendees acknowledge that Content Collective sessions are conducted in a group setting. By attending, each Attendee consents to potentially appearing in photographs and video content created by other Attendees or professionals during the session. We Rise Networking will take reasonable steps to accommodate Attendees who wish to be excluded from group content, but cannot guarantee exclusion in all circumstances. If an Attendee has specific concerns regarding their inclusion in other participants' content, they should notify We Rise Networking in writing prior to the session.
M. Copyright and Intellectual Property
We Rise Networking, Advised Studios, and Ohtu Agency retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in all images and video content created during Content Collective sessions. This is subject to the Attendee's usage licence granted under Section K.
It is not permitted to sell, enter in contests, or commercially exploit the content in a manner beyond the licence granted in Section K without prior written permission from the relevant Rights Holders.
A note from Advised Studios and Ohtu Agency: We put significant time, creativity, and investment into producing content that reflects you and your brand. We love that you want to share it, and we simply ask that when doing so, you link back to our website or social media pages. Thank you for respecting our work.
N. Liability
We Rise Networking is not responsible for any personal injury sustained by any participating party during or in connection with a Content Collective session. Attendees attend at their own risk and release We Rise Networking from any claims arising from personal injury or damage to property during a session.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Rise Networking's total liability to an Attendee in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by that Attendee for the relevant session.
O. Session Conduct and Etiquette
To ensure the best experience for all participants, the following applies:
- Sessions begin at the agreed-upon time. Attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to allow for travel delays, outfit changes, and preparation. Time will not be extended for late arrivals.
- Please do not bring children to the session.
- Please respect fellow Attendees. Do not cut in line or disrupt others from making the most of their session time.
- We Rise Networking reserves the right to ask an Attendee to leave if their conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
P. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to mediation before seeking other legal remedies.
Q. Amendments
We Rise Networking reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be provided to Attendees prior to their next session booking. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking and paying for a Content Collective package or session, the Attendee confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
